Overview
PonyRevival.com is operated by Division One LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We built this site to help Mustang owners make informed decisions — not to harvest data.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first analytics service that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and requires no consent banner under GDPR or CCPA. Plausible aggregates anonymous page view counts so we can understand which pages are useful. No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting. No data sold to third parties.
Email Capture
If you choose to save your estimate, we collect your email address. We use it to send your saved estimate and, optionally, occasional restoration cost updates. We will never sell your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Our partners include CJ Pony Parts, Summit Racing, National Parts Depot (NPD), Modern Driveline, and Amazon. All affiliate links are labeled. They never influence our cost estimates.
Cookies
PonyRevival.com does not set first-party cookies. Plausible Analytics operates without cookies. If affiliate links redirect through partner tracking systems, those partners may set their own cookies per their privacy policies.
California Residents (CCPA)
Division One LLC is a California LLC. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal data we hold, request deletion, and opt out of data sale. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us at dorian@division.one.
Data Retention
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Plausible Analytics data is retained per Plausible's data retention policy (aggregated, not personal). We do not store estimator inputs unless you opt in to save your estimate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted in that date field. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
